Mirsarai Upazila is one of the districts of Chittagong district in Bangladesh. The largest economic zone of Asia is being developed in this upazila, which will make a huge contribution to the economic development of the whole country including this region. Mirsarai is the gateway to Chittagong by land. Mirsarai is a green land of natural beauty with a vast expanse of char surrounded by the sea and the Feni river in the west, a forest surrounded by high mountains in the east, a plain of more than 25 km in the north-south in the middle.From the anti-British movement to the Pakistan movement, the Bayannan state language movement, the Sixty-two education movement, the Six Point and the seventy-nine mass movements, the people here have a glorious role to play. The people of Mirsarai and Mirsarai have taken a unique place in the history by sacrificing their lives and property in the great Muttiah War of 1971.
Upazila administration is one of the important administrative institutions of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. This is the main focus of the government at the upazila level. Upazila administration connects with the people of the upazila and the central part of the government. The Upazila Administration Office carries the highest administrative importance for the grassroots people.That is why many people come to the upazila administration office every day to receive various services. Hon'ble Prime Minister of the Government of Bangladesh announced the vision-2021 Digital Bangladesh has spread all over the country from the center to the ends. As part of the implementation of this vision, web portals have been set up in every district, upazila and union across the country under the Bangladesh National Information Window.

 Mirsarai Upazila Administration will play a leading role in delivering public and private services to the doorsteps of the people through maximum use of information technology.
